and Middle School Coach of the Year Nomination Form
A Sub-Varsity (grades 9-12) or Middle School (grades 7-8) Coach of the
Year nominee must be a current TGCA member in good standing as of November 1st
of the nominating year. The nomination
must come from the nominee’s head coach or athletic coordinator. The head coach or athletic coordinator must
be a TGCA member in good standing in order to nominate a coach for Sub-Varsity
or Middle School Coach of the Year. Specify below whether Middle School or Sub-Varsity nomination. A letter of
recommendation is suggested but not required.
